4 BEDROOMS  

   Each bedroom features a high-quality medium/firm mattress and four pillows, wrapped in luxurious high-thread-count linens for the ultimate sleep experience.  The master bedroom has the added luxury of an ensuite bathroom. The king and queen bedrooms are all equipped with two nightstands, USB chargers, and soothing personal fans for extra comfort. Smart TV's are in the Master Bedroom and Guest Queen Bedroom.  Ample closet space and handy suitcase carriers keep your belongings organized and off the floor. Comfort, convenience, and style—everything you need for a perfect stay.

 

3 BATHROOMS 

   The ensuite master bathroom is accessed via the primary suite and offers a step down tiled walk in shower and vanity. The second bathroom is accessible through the main living area and offers a tub/shower combination. The third bath is accessible off of the kitchen and doubles as a pool bath with direct access to the pool deck for a quick shower after a day in the pool. 

 

KITCHEN & DINING 

   Outfitted with sleek stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops, our kitchen is perfect for whipping up and enjoying meals with your favorite people! Brew your morning cup with the dual 12 cup coffee maker or quick Keurig and enjoy the fully stocked essentials ready for your culinary adventures.    Our fully screened lanai is the ultimate spot for relaxation and fun. Gather around the dining table that extends for alfresco meals. For a bit of friendly competition, challenge your family and friends to a game of floating golf (yes floating golf!) mini putt, corn hole or Spikeball. The backyard offers plenty of room to play, lounge, or simply soak up the sun. It’s the ideal setting for making memories and savoring the great Florida outdoors in style and comfort.

 

GAME ROOM 

   Kids big and small love our fun room for friendly competition and nights filled with laughter. Under the LED lights and glowing palm tree find our ping pong table, foosball, ring toss and Fast and Furious Arcade games ready to fill your heart with joy. 

 

INFANT & TODDLER 

   We have a pack-n-play with sheets, sound machine, portable monitor, outlet covers, portable booster seat, infant spoons, toddler utensils, suction cup plates, sippie-cups, infant inflatable tub, stacking rings, stacking cups, board books and an infant/toddler life jacket available at the house. If you were to need further necessities, we have access to a rental company that will deliver to the house.
